We're looking for a volunteer with experience setting up a bookkeeping system and/or software (switching from Quickbooks Online to Aplos). You'll help us set up regular recording, reconciliation, and reporting practices using Aplos' Fund, Program, Grant, and Tag options by spending approximately 6 hours with us over 2 weeks. In our first meeting, we'll share a detailed description of our existing financial record-keeping and reporting systems, then you'll help us make use of Aplos' fund allocation features so we can accurately categorize payroll and related entries.

It will allow us to track spending aligned with grant restrictions and program areas.

We've acquired a new accounting software. We've had basic training and have reviewed their guidelines on how to manage the system and run basic reports. We will designate a member of our team who will manage the volunteer and the project.
