Design and document a donation campaign to secure 20 gifts of $5,000 to unlock a $100,000 benefactor gift. Deliverables include a campaign strategy, donor outreach messaging templates, simple timeline and task plan, and a basic tracking approach. Specifics will be provided during volunteer interviews.

This campaign will unlock a $100k gift and expand our donor base to accelerate work that restores pre-industrial CO₂ levels by boosting ocean photosynthesis. Volunteer contributions will directly support fundraising capacity to advance our carbon removal programs and scale impact.

We have a benefactor committed to the $100k matching gift and will provide campaign goals and background materials. The volunteer will collaborate with our team in regular check-ins; details, donor prospects, and approval processes will be provided during scoping so work can be implemented smoothly.
