Google Ad Grant Campaign Strategy & Implementation for Audition & Camp Recruitment
-Auditing our Google Ad Grant account
-Setting up compliant, high-performing Google Ads campaigns
-Conducting keyword research specific to youth choir programs, music education, and summer camps
-Structuring campaigns for:
ongoing audition recruitment, summer camp promotion, general brand awareness, ensuring compliance with Google Ad Grant policies, setting up conversion tracking (form submissions, inquiries, registrations), providing training and documentation so our team can manage and maintain campaigns independently long-term
Our goal is to build a sustainable, repeatable campaign structure that we can refresh seasonally (e.g., audition cycles, camp enrollment periods). The volunteer would likely contribute 2–5 hours per week over several weeks, helping us both implement and build internal capacity.
This project will directly impact our ability to:
-Recruit new singers into our ensembles
-Increase accessibility to music education and the arts
-Expand participation in our summer camp programs
-Strengthen long-term financial sustainability
By improving our digital outreach, we can:
-Reach families who may not otherwise know our programs exist
-Increase audition participation
-Grow enrollment
-Support scholarships for under-resourced families
A well-structured Google Ad Grant campaign will allow us to leverage our free advertising to amplify our mission and deepen our community impact.
This volunteer’s expertise will help ensure that more young people have access to high-quality choral education and a welcoming artistic community.
We have:
-Secured approval for the Google Ad Grant
-Identified our primary recruitment goals (auditions + summer camp)
-Gathered relevant website landing pages and registration forms
-Established clear calls to action
-Internal alignment from leadership on using Google Ads as a growth strategy
-A dedicated staff member (Executive Director) ready to serve as project lead and point of contact
We are prepared to:
-Provide timely feedback and materials
-Implement recommendations
-Make website updates as needed to improve conversions
-Maintain campaigns after setup
-We see this as both an implementation and knowledge-transfer project so we can sustain the work long after the engagement ends.
