We have a Quickbooks Online subscription, but have not had the time or expertise to properly set it up for a small nonprofit. We need someone to get Quickbooks properly set up for us to start using it. Our Fall Annual Fund Campaign was more successful than we anticipated and we really need to start this year using our subscription to properly track our donations and expenses.
In the last two years we have grown substantially and have a desperate need to shift our small nonprofit from a "mom and pops" spreadsheet financial tracking to a professional tracking method. We paid for Quickbooks, but I am the only paid employee and I have no accounting knowledge. Getting Quickbooks setup for our treasurer will get us in a much better place to grow and be accountable in our financial success.
We've acquired a new accounting software. We've had no training We will designate a member of our team who will manage the volunteer and the project.

The Alabama Coalition For Healthy Mothers And Children is a not-for-profit organization that works in partnerships with all people, helping agencies, ministries and organizations who assist mothers and children in Alabama as they seek to better their lives, overcome poverty and improve their own lives and the lives of their families. Our Mission is to empower the under-resourced families of Alabama toward a healthy life and better future through access to healthcare, knowledge, partnerships, leadership, and education.
