Define and implement a concise set of client outcome metrics, create dashboard/report templates, map where data will come from, and deliver clear documentation and recommended next steps. Specific metrics and system details will be provided during volunteer kickoff.

Building reliable client metrics will help COHAP track outcomes, improve service decisions, and show progress toward preventing homelessness for veterans and other vulnerable groups. Volunteers will directly help strengthen programs that keep people safe and supported.

Our team will collaborate with volunteers to define priorities and provide necessary context and data access details. We will participate in regular check-ins and review drafts so outputs can be adopted by staff. Exact preparations and timelines will be discussed with volunteers.
