A three-month, prioritized action plan with timebound milestones and a sequenced task list. The plan will include suggested task owners (as identified by the organization) and simple tracking measures. Specific program details and priorities will be provided during scoping.

This action plan will help the organization focus resources and tasks to better support mothers on their journey back to their children by delivering safety, compassion, and the resources needed to rebuild their lives. Clear milestones will improve coordination and make outcomes easier to track.

We will work closely with the volunteer to share background materials and clarify goals; details will be provided. Staff will participate in regular check-ins, co-create priorities with the volunteer, and commit to adopting the finalized action plan for implementation.
