Financial Visibility & Threshold Analysis for Strategic Governance

Our private school is in a time-bound "Discernment Period" to determine our future strategic direction. To support responsible governance, we need a skilled financial professional to help our Board achieve absolute clarity on our fiscal reality.

By May 27, 2026, we need a volunteer to help us identify gaps in our current financial dashboards and advise on cash flow visibility. This project is not about redesigning systems, but about ensuring our leadership has a clear "navigational map" of key financial indicators to make high-stakes, mission-aligned decisions.

Scope of Work: The selected volunteer will provide expert analysis to bridge the gap between raw data and governance-level insights. This project includes:

Dashboard Review: Evaluating existing financial reports to surface inconsistencies, gaps, or points of confusion.

Cash Flow Advisory: Providing expert perspective on enhancing visibility into monthly and seasonal liquidity.

Threshold Identification: Advising the Board on "Red/Yellow/Green" financial markers and reporting interpretation.

Explicitly Out of Scope:

Bookkeeping or accounting execution.

Financial system changes or software decisions.

Staff management or budget creation.
