We’d like to connect with a volunteer to help us create a clean, consolidated export of our survey and application history, transformed and mapped into a Salesforce-ready upload format, along with documentation outlining the field mappings and upload instructions. Specific data extracts and mapping rules will be provided during volunteer interviews.

This project will enable Hack the Hood to generate accurate Salesforce reports to track participant progress, inform program improvement, and strengthen career navigation support for Black, Latinx, Indigenous, and AAPI youth. Volunteers will directly improve our ability to measure and scale outcomes.

We will collaborate with volunteers to review our raw exports, iteratively define field mappings, and test a sample upload. Details about available files, access to Salesforce schema, and point people will be provided to set the work up for success.
