A volunteer will review our accounting documents and current system for compliance with GAAP, identify strengths and gaps, and provide recommended accounting software options plus high-level guidance on a migration approach. Specifics and access will be defined with volunteers.

Clarifying compliance and selecting the right accounting system will improve financial transparency and efficiency, enabling better stewardship of funds and allowing us to direct more tangible, financial, educational, and health resources to children and women in Kenya East Africa. Volunteer expertise will directly strengthen our operations.

Details will be provided during volunteer interviews. We will work collaboratively with the volunteer to share context, answer questions, and schedule check-ins so they can review records, interview staff, and produce clear, practical recommendations for software selection and migration.
