Work with a volunteer to set up a simple bookkeeping and record-keeping system and create an initial operating budget. This includes designing a chart of accounts, recommending or configuring a basic workflow or software option, and delivering a usable budget template. Details will be provided.

Reliable bookkeeping and a clear budget will strengthen Harvesting Hope Acres' ability to sustain and grow inclusive farm programs offers gardening experiences and employ adults with disabilities. Volunteers will directly support transparent operations, better resource planning, and expanded opportunities for participants and their families.

Details will be provided; our team will be available to collaborate, share current records, and participate in regular check-ins. We are ready to implement the recommended system and apply the budget so the work has lasting value beyond the project period.
