We are looking for a prioritized analysis report that identifies overlap, unnecessary subscriptions, and opportunities to align tools with projected 5-year needs, plus practical, phased recommendations and a virtual review session to walk through next steps. Additional details will be provided for the volunteer working on this.

Aligning subscriptions and reducing waste will free resources and improve operational efficiency so the organization can invest more in creative engagement programs for elders. Volunteer recommendations will help sustain and scale meaningful program delivery and outreach. We are a small non-profit bringing meaning and joy to elder care - we need to work smart to maximize our impact to create systems change!

We have a completed tech profile and a 5-year strategic plan to share. Staff will provide subscription lists and join short interviews. We’ll collaborate on scope and timelines so volunteers can deliver actionable, implementable recommendations. Details will be provided during interviews.
