We'd love to connect with a skilled volunteer to help us optimize your QuickBooks for a U.S. nonprofit; help set up payroll and salary tracking for the Executive Director and one additional employee; cleanly categorize income and expenses; create monthly and quarterly reconciliation and reporting workflows and simple P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow templates; review and prepare IRS Form 990 and a filing checklist. Details will be provided in the first meeting.

Stronger accounting systems and reliable IRS compliance will help Treedom for Palestine manage growing institutional funds and paid staff so more Freedom Farms can be planted to feed families, restore food security, and strengthen communities. Volunteers will directly support program stability and the organization’s ability to reach farmers.

We will begin with a detailed walkthrough of the current QuickBooks setup, financial records, and organizational structure. The project is scoped for 20–25 hours over 4–5 weeks (2–5 hours/week). Volunteers will collaborate with leadership, who will implement the agreed recommendations to maintain compliance and reporting.
