We need a volunteer to help facilitate strategic planning sessions amongst our leadership. This volunteer will facilitate planning, visioning, and decision-making sessions (ideally in the first week of spring 2026) to align team members, define goals, surface priorities, and co-create actionable strategies and next steps. Experience within the Theory of Change framework is required.

This facilitation will strengthen TIFO’s ability to safeguard environmental health by building leadership, clarifying strategic goals, and producing actionable plans that catalyze change and advance workforce development grounded in local knowledge. Volunteers will help increase our effectiveness, community impact, and long-term sustainability.

We will collaborate with the facilitator to set agendas and timelines, and will provide background materials and the participant list. We will be available for regular check-ins leading up to the facilitation and will commit to implementing the agreed-upon actions. Specific logistics and preparation details will be provided during volunteer interviews.
