We would like to work with a financial planner to review our reserve funds, assess risk tolerance and time horizon, and create clear, actionable recommendations for investment strategy and implementation priorities. Specifics (documents, timelines) will be discussed with volunteers.
Stronger, well-managed reserves will help Kinship House sustain therapy and advocacy services, respond to emergent needs, and maintain program stability for children in foster care and adoption. Volunteers will directly support long-term program continuity and client well-being.
Details will be provided during volunteer interviews. We will share reserve context and organizational goals and collaborate with the volunteer to review draft recommendations and agree next steps so the organization can act on the guidance.
