Produce a short recommendation memo listing required insurance policies and suggested coverage levels, provide 2–3 insurer or broker contacts with sample quotes, and deliver a brief report on insurance sourcing and D&O experience.

Securing appropriate insurance protects board members, staff, and volunteers so the organization can continue its work fostering empathy, education, and community building. Volunteers will directly help safeguard our ability to serve and grow those community initiatives.

Our team will share existing policy documents and be available for regular check-ins. We will review draft recommendations with the volunteer and ensure leadership can act on the final memo and contacts.
