A draft update of our current bylaws, ready for review and then adjustments after recommendations from the board of directors to a final draft document for board approval.

Bylaws are so crucial to the operations of a highly functioning nonprofit. With this in place, Ore-Cal will be ready to take the organization into the next 5 to 10 years of public benefit work.

My board is fully invested in and desirous of updating our bylaws. Further details will be shared with the volunteer.
