Mission Statement Sierra Overlook Animal Rescue (SOAR) provides a safe and loving sanctuary for animals in need—those who have been abused, abandoned, or can no longer survive in the wild. Through compassionate care, lifelong support, and a commitment to rehabilitation, we help animals heal and thrive. Our mission is to create a deeper connection between people, animals, and the environment through education, advocacy, and community-driven conservation.
