Mission Statement Sierra Overlook Animal Rescue (SOAR) provides a safe and loving sanctuary for animals in need—those who have been abused, abandoned, or can no longer survive in the wild. Through compassionate care, lifelong support, and a commitment to rehabilitation, we help animals heal and thrive. Our mission is to create a deeper connection between people, animals, and the environment through education, advocacy, and community-driven conservation. Vision Statement We envision a world where every animal is treated with compassion and respect, where sanctuaries serve as safe havens for healing and hope, and where communities come together to protect wildlife, restore ecosystems, and live in harmony with nature. At SOAR, we work toward a future in which animals in need receive the care and protection they deserve—for this generation and the next.
