We are seeking a volunteer to support in the review of our existing HR policies, and to provide clear, prioritized recommendations to improve compliance and organizational structure. The volunteer will identify gaps and suggest policy updates or sample language. Document access and specifics will be provided during volunteer interviews.

Stronger HR policies will reduce legal risk, improve hiring and oversight of staff, interns, and volunteers, and free staff to focus on programs. This supports Jazz Hands For Autism’s mission by enabling safe, scalable operations that create pathways from expression to employment for musicians on the autism spectrum.

All HR policies are organized in accessible folders and editing access can be provided. Details and context will be shared during volunteer interviews. We will use the volunteer's recommendations to update our policies and procedures and keep leadership informed throughout the process.
