A volunteer Salesforce administrator will diagnose and resolve issues in our Salesforce implementation. Deliverables include troubleshooting configuration problems, recommending and applying fixes, and documenting changes. Specific issues, access details, and scope will be provided during volunteer interviews.

Improving our Salesforce setup will help Household Goods, Inc. operate more efficiently so donated items and client information are managed reliably. Volunteer time will directly support smoother operations that enable more people in need to make a home.

Details will be provided during interviews with volunteers. We will collaborate with the volunteer to define the exact issues, agree on a weekly schedule, and confirm next steps so the fixes can be implemented and tested by our team.
