A reviewed and updated Colorado HQ employee handbook draft that reflects legal changes from the past 18 months and current HR best practices, delivered with tracked changes, a concise summary of recommended updates, and notes for legal review. Details will be provided.

Updating the HQ handbook improves staff compliance, clarity, and retention, helping our team operate more effectively so we can reliably support sustainable drinking water, sanitation, and hygiene projects in developing countries.

We will provide the current Colorado-focused handbook and the 14-state supplements. Volunteers will work with our team to review content, produce redlines, and deliver a prioritized summary of recommended updates and next steps. We do not have a tight timeline but would like a final updated handbook completed by September 2026.
