Build Salesforce Flows or Process Builder automations for intake, ride voucher issuance, and volunteer/staff notifications. Configure scheduled reports or automated alerts for key metrics like rides issued, volunteer hours, and partner engagement. Details will be provided during volunteer interviews.

Automating intake, voucher issuance, notifications, and reporting will increase consistency and efficiency in program delivery, enable faster volunteer response, and improve tracking of services and partner engagement. Volunteers will directly strengthen program reliability and client access.

Details will be provided. Volunteers will work with Army Pink staff to review current processes, define automation triggers, test flows, and agree on deployment steps. The organization will collaborate with the volunteer to provide access and documentation as available.
