Configure Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud custom objects and relationships to create Volunteer Profiles that capture skills, availability, assignments, completed tasks, and hours, and Event Management objects for fundraisers, trainings, and awareness campaigns including RSVPs, attendance, and sponsorship tracking. Specific fields and workflows will be defined with volunteers.

A structured Salesforce setup will help Army Pink track volunteer participation, streamline event operations, and improve visibility into engagement and sponsorships, enabling more effective fundraisers, trainings, and awareness campaigns and increasing the organization's capacity to serve its mission.

Details will be provided during volunteer interviews. Army Pink staff will collaborate with volunteers to define required fields, review configurations, test functionality, and document the solution for handoff and implementation.
