We are seeking a volunteer to help us create a polished, board- and donor-facing business plan document and template that outlines our mission, goals, program descriptions, a high-level financial overview, and fundraising approach. Exact sections and data will be defined collaboratively with the volunteer during scoping.

This document will help Fur and Floss secure board support and funding to expand expert dental care, education, and accessible treatment for shelter pets. Volunteer contributions will directly support improved animal well-being, stronger rescue partnerships, and increased adoption opportunities.

Volunteers are encouraged to help define the plan's scope. Our team will collaborate closely, share existing materials, and provide staff access and timely feedback so the plan can be finalized for board review and donor use.
