We are seeking a volunteer to help us create a donor-ready strategic plan and a companion action plan. The volunteer will help craft a concise strategic narrative for donors and a prioritized, time-bound action plan with key objectives and milestones. Details, scope, and timelines will be defined during interviews.

This project will help Fur and Floss secure donor support to expand expert dental care, education, and accessible treatment for shelter pets. Volunteers’ work will directly enable more treatments, stronger rescue partnerships, and improved adoption outcomes for underserved animals.

Our organization will collaborate with the volunteer to share context, define scope, and agree on a timeline for draft reviews and final handoff so the plan can be put into practice.
