We're seeking a volunteer who can help create a PDF style guide for staff distribution plus an editable source file the External Affairs Team can update. It will document visual standards (logo, color, typography), photography and image use (including safeguards for minors), tone/editorial guidance, email signature templates, social media guidance, and usage examples. Details will be provided during volunteer interviews.

A unified style guide will help Mind-Builders present consistent, professional visuals and messaging, protect youth in imagery, and make communications clearer across departments. Volunteers’ work will strengthen public recognition and support the organization’s mission to inspire healthy growth of youth, families, and the community through quality arts education.

Details will be provided during volunteer interviews. The External Affairs Team will own the editable guide and handle distribution to staff, board members, and volunteers. We welcome collaborative review cycles with the volunteer so the guide is practical, adoptable, and easy for our team to maintain.
