This project will provide the organization with practical fundraising and business development guidance to strengthen resource sharing, professional development, and member collaboration, enabling professionals to deliver high-quality services to their schools with greater capacity.

Details will be provided. The organization will share relevant documents and stakeholders for regular check-ins, and staff will collaborate with the volunteer to review drafts and iterate so recommendations can be implemented.
