A volunteer will help set up or refine a simple CRM workflow to manage the contact list, create reusable email invitation and reminder templates, and design a basic donation capture process and outreach schedule. Specific platforms, contact details, and timing will be discussed with volunteers.
This CRM and outreach work will help The Masquerade Hour track communications, follow up with donors and mentors, and build a sustainable outreach pipeline across Sandusky, Cleveland, and nearby areas. Volunteers will directly support expanding healing‑centered youth programming and amplifying unheard voices.
We are partnering with the Girl Scouts and I have a large contact network; details will be provided. The founder will be available to share contacts, review templates, and approve messaging. Volunteers will collaborate to define platforms, segment contacts, and deliver final templates and handoff instructions for implementation.
