We're looking for a volunteer to help us save time and be more strategic with our social media presence. Specifically, you'll create a template for a one-month social posting calendar that we can leverage to make managing our social media channels easy. You'll draft copy for fifteen to twenty posts and make recommendations to customize our content to optimize it for different platforms. We will seek your input on using tools to automate our social media postings. The final deliverable will be the calendar template you create filled with fifteen to twenty different posts.

You're a great fit for us if you're passionate about our mission, you have a background in managing professional social media accounts, and you can spend ten hours over one to three weeks on this project.

Vesta Village is just starting it's marketing journey and you'll be an incredibly valuable asset in helping us establish a firm foundation to build upon digitally!

Vesta Village has been working with other volunteers to work out statistics, other NFP's in our sector with like missions, as well as a marketing strategy. Since we're specifically looking for someone who can help us hit the ground running in our social media marketing from scratch, different information will become available to the volunteer as it's supplied by the other volunteer's finished work! This will be a collaborative mission, as Vesta really will take a village!

Organization Mission

A grassroots not-for-profit organization, Vesta Village will be a free virtual school to teach practical life skills to women whose mothers were/are unavailable for any reason (death, addiction, emotional unavailability, etc.) and therefore they didn’t receive the guidance and nurturing they needed. Vesta Village will bring in practitioners (therapists, professionals, coaches, healers, etc.) to teach recorded deep dive workshops on all areas of life and will be accessible to anyone in the world, but will resonate most with women ages 20-45. Vesta Village is a fiscally sponsored nonprofit project, and we are at the very beginning phases of startup. We just pressed "go" on building our website and our fundraising efforts are underway. We're hoping to be able to open our (virtual) doors on Spring Equinox 2026 (mid-March). A note from our Founder: As someone who has worked in the for-profit corporate and entrepreneurship environments, Vesta has been a massive learning curve and one that I've been excited to start building. Without experience in the NFP world, I'm looking for and excited to partner with skilled volunteers who can help guide the way to bring this vision to life in the most sustainable and aligned way!
