We need a volunteer with design experience to create a professional print-ready and editable digital letterhead and a reusable donation receipt template (editable Word/PDF) with placeholders for donor name, date, amount, and a brief nonprofit statement. Specific wording, logo files, and formatting preferences will be provided during volunteer interviews.

Professional letterhead and receipts will increase donor trust and streamline acknowledgments, helping the organization raise support to provide a safe place for all animals and, later, a bakery where the founder can teach baking. Volunteers will directly strengthen donor relationships and community impact.

Details will be provided during interviews. We will review drafts promptly, provide feedback through a single point of contact, and plan to adopt the templates for official communications and donor acknowledgments so volunteers see their work used.
