Are you experienced in operations and internal efficiencies? Help us develop a comprehensive operations procedures manual (SOP) that documents core internal processes, roles, responsibilities, and standard operating steps for a fully remote, global team. It will serve as the central reference for consistency and compliance.
Standardizing operations will strengthen consistency, compliance, and accountability across the organization, helping staff better support local food‑sovereignty solutions. Clear procedures will improve operational reliability and scalability so programs can more effectively end hunger and poverty.
Success will come from collaborative work with staff and contractors across regions; the volunteer will interview stakeholders, review current practices, and deliver iterated drafts. Details about existing materials, points of contact, and timelines will be provided during volunteer interviews.
