HR Assessment & Recommendations with Focus on Change Management

We have needs that span HR management and change management. Fenix has been around for 15+ years and some of our more tenured employees are no longer performing at the level we need. They also are doing tasks manually, which is cumbersome and inefficient. However, we are changing our EMR system in the coming weeks, which should streamline our processes and operations. We think this might be a good time to assess everyone's role for redundancy while simultaneously phasing 2-3 of the employees out (or greatly reallocating their workload).

We would like a volunteer who can help us successfully prepare the organization for the EMR change while helping us navigate softly letting employees go.

For the last 15 years, we've operated as more of a startup, with a lean team and a bit less structure. We're undergoing a renovation now and expanding our services to include prenatal and dental. With this expansion, we really need to establish ourselves as a legitimate, credible, and organized clinic. Helping us through this transition, bringing our clinic up to date technologically, and streamlining operations will all be critical in pushing our mission forward and staying nimble.

We have internal buy-in from our Founder/CMO and CEO, as well as our board. We've done extensive research on the EMR itself and understand what tasks can be automated and where we can shift our current employees so that there's adequate cover. We know what we need to do but need help executing.

We can provide background on the organization, internal dynamics, and cultural philosophies that guide our decisionmaking so that the partnership is effective and thoughtful.
