We have signed memorandums of understanding for a health-initiative program at 5 universities (four in Atlanta, GA and one in Houston, TX). To secure funding for the programs, we need a concise earned-income strategy document that identifies and assesses mission-aligned revenue opportunities, evaluates feasibility, pricing, and resource needs, recommends 1–2 priority models to pilot, and presents a simple pilot→launch→scale roadmap. We are seeking a volunteer to lead the development of this earned income strategy.
This project will help AHHM build sustainable revenue that complements philanthropy so we can continue and expand engaging health programs for 18–25-year-olds in marginalized communities. Volunteers will directly support our ability to reach more young people with accessible, enjoyable health resources.
AHHM will provide program descriptions, existing materials, and founder engagement; volunteers will have access to key stakeholders for interviews. Financials and constraints will be shared as available. We will review recommendations with leadership and commit to piloting selected models with volunteer guidance.
