Draft three or more grant proposals to eliminate circulating debt, fund ongoing animal and staff care, and support creation of new programming. Collaborate with staff to develop strong narratives, budgets, and required attachments; specific funder priorities and documents will be provided during interviews.

Winning grants will reduce financial strain, ensure ongoing care for animals and staff, and enable new equine-assisted programs so individuals with special needs receive personalized therapeutic services. Volunteers’ work will directly expand capacity, stability, and participant well-being.

Details will be provided. Volunteers will be supported with program descriptions, financial summaries, and access to staff for interviews. We will schedule regular check-ins, review drafts promptly, and coordinate submission logistics so proposals are ready for funder review.
