Website UX/UI Audit and Design Strategy (Squarespace)

We want to collaborate with a skilled UX/UI Designer to evaluate and enhance our current Squarespace website. While we have successfully built the initial site from scratch, we now need a professional eye to:

• Conduct a Comprehensive Audit: Evaluate the current navigation, styling, and mobile responsiveness to ensure a seamless experience for sponsors and partners.
• Improve User Flow: Optimize the 'path to action' so that visitors can easily understand our mission and find where to donate or sign up for partnerships.
• Visual Refinement: Update our branding consistency, typography, and layout to ensure the site reflects the high-tech and professional nature of our AI environmental solutions.

Our website is the 'digital front door' to our AI-driven environmental missions. To rescue and restore ecosystems at scale, we must build trust with high-level global partners and donors. A professional, high-functioning website proves our credibility and technical sophistication. By improving the fluency and presentation of our site, this project will directly increase our ability to secure the 'Seed Funding' and technical partnerships necessary to launch our AI rescue pilots.

To help the volunteer work efficiently, we will provide:
• Facilitate Live Walkthroughs: We will host Zoom or Google Meet to show the volunteer the public-facing website to discuss the user journey and visual impressions.
• Provide Public URLs: The volunteer will conduct their primary audit using the public-facing site to simulate a real donor’s experience.
• Technical Context: We will provide a list of the specific Squarespace templates and tools we are currently using.
• Direct Communication: The Founder/Executive Director will work one-on-one with the volunteer to receive their feedback and execute the changes internally.
