We are seeking a skilled volunteer to help develop a clear, achievable fundraising strategy for FY26 for Droste Mental Health Services.

This project will focus on clarifying fundraising goals, priority revenue streams, donor segmentation, and a realistic calendar of activities aligned with organizational capacity. The volunteer would help assess current fundraising efforts, identify opportunities and gaps, and translate insights into a practical strategy and planning framework. This is a strategy and planning engagement rather than direct solicitation.
A thoughtful fundraising strategy is essential to sustaining access to high quality mental health services. This project will help Droste strengthen financial stability, plan responsibly, and steward donor relationships with clarity and integrity. By establishing a realistic fundraising roadmap for FY26, the organization can better align resources with client and community needs. Volunteers contributing to this work will directly support the continuation and expansion of mental health services for individuals and families.
Organizational leadership is aligned on the need for a more intentional and sustainable fundraising approach for FY26. We can provide background on our mission, programs, donor base, historical fundraising activity, and current resources. Relevant financial and development materials will be shared to support informed recommendations. A primary point of contact will be designated to ensure timely feedback and decision making. The outcomes of this project will be implemented internally, with clear ownership and follow through after the volunteer engagement concludes.
