Program Impact Report
Missions for Love Beyond Borders is seeking a skilled volunteer to help us create a polished, concise Program Impact Report that tells the story of our first year of programming and growth. This report will be used to communicate impact to donors, partners, volunteers, and board members.
We are looking for a volunteer partner who can help us organize impact data, refine messaging, and translate our work into a clear, compelling narrative supported by visuals and metrics.
This project is well-scoped and realistic for a Taproot engagement, with an estimated 2–3 hours per week over a limited number of weeks.
The volunteer will support us with the following tasks:
Review existing materials (program descriptions, activity summaries, basic metrics, testimonials)
Help define and structure the impact report (sections, flow, key messages)
Refine written content to be clear, professional, and donor/partner-friendly
Assist in identifying meaningful impact indicators (direct and indirect reach)
Provide guidance on layout/content best practices for a report that may be used digitally and in print
Optional (depending on volunteer skillset): light copyediting or recommendations for visual presentation (e.g., Canva or PowerPoint)
The final deliverable will be a ready-to-use impact report draft that our team can confidently share and adapt.
