Social Media Boost

We’re seeking a volunteer to work with us 2-4 hours/week over a two-month period to enhance our social media impact. We use LinkedIn, BlueSky, Instagram and Facebook. You will schedule a series of planned posts and create some of your own. Most importantly, you will help us build engagement and presence through interacting with our network online.

Our posts typically cover the following topics:
-Information about how to assess trustworthy news
- Promotion of our member news organizations
-Testimonials
-Examples of our impact
-Donation requests or similar calls to action
-Educational information about our mission

We have been building our social media presence over the past year and need a boost to achieve more visibility. A stronger social media presence will directly advance the educational side of our mission, support our network members, and attract awareness that can draw customers for our new earned revenue model.

We have a dedicated team member for the project who will provide you with our social post calendar so far, the specific number of posts and topics we’d like to add, as well as starter resources for messaging. You will be provided with information on our key audiences and some basic key messages for engaging with our network.
