A single, cohesive sponsorship packet that consolidates existing materials into a polished, brand-aligned document that tells Lyla’s Legacy’s story and mission, demonstrates community impact, outlines sponsorship opportunities and benefits, and positions the organization as a credible community partner. Format and specifics will be discussed.

A clear, professional sponsorship packet will improve our ability to attract and retain sponsors who fund safety equipment and exclusive events. Volunteers’ time will directly support Lyla’s Legacy’s mission by helping secure resources that protect children and adults with special needs and expand joyful, welcoming programs for families.

We will provide the existing documents and content fragments for consolidation; details will be provided during volunteer interviews. Volunteers will collaborate with our team to refine messaging and layout so the final packet can be used for sponsor outreach and to reduce staff time creating ad-hoc materials.

Lyla’s Legacy Inc. is committed to building a safer, more inclusive world for children with special needs. Inspired by Lyla, a joyful, non-verbal autistic child, we provide essential safety equipment—such as secure fencing—to families in need. In addition, we create and support inclusive social events that offer children and their families a rare sense of belonging, joy, and acceptance—free from judgment. Our mission is to ease the daily challenges faced by caregivers while protecting vulnerable children and empowering them to play, learn, and grow in safe, welcoming environments. Through compassion, community, and advocacy, we strive to help every child experience the freedom and happiness they deserve.
