Website Development & Event Landing Page Optimization for International Yoga Day Miami

We would like to partner with a skilled website development volunteer to design and optimize a dedicated event landing page for International Yoga Day Miami, our premier annual wellness summit.

Specifically, we are seeking support to:

Create or refine a clear, user-friendly event landing page that communicates the event’s purpose, scale, and programming

Improve site structure and calls-to-action for key audiences, including attendees, sponsors, partners, and volunteers

Ensure the page is mobile-responsive, accessible, and aligned with our brand

Provide light implementation support or guidance within our existing website platform so our team can maintain and update the site independently after the project

This project is focused on structure, usability, and conversion, not ongoing website maintenance or content generation. We anticipate collaborating over several weeks within a 2–5 hour per week commitment.

Namaskar Foundation’s mission is to improve community health and well-being by making holistic, preventive wellness practices accessible to people of all ages. Our website is often the first point of contact for community members, partners, and funders.

This project will directly support our mission by creating a welcoming, accessible digital experience that makes it easy for people to learn about and participate in International Yoga Day Miami. A stronger website will help reduce barriers to participation, increase attendance, and support partnerships that allow us to offer free or low-cost wellness programming at scale.

Volunteers will see their work translate into real community impact—greater access to wellness resources, stronger engagement, and a healthier, more connected community.

Our leadership team is fully aligned on the goals and scope of this website development project, and a dedicated project lead will work directly with the Taproot volunteer. We are ready to begin immediately and have internal buy-in to implement the outcomes of this work.

We will provide the volunteer with all necessary materials, including brand guidelines, event copy, visual assets, website access, and examples of prior event pages. We will establish clear priorities, timelines, and milestones, and provide timely feedback to ensure efficient collaboration within the agreed scope.

All improvements made through this project will be implemented immediately and maintained by our internal team, strengthening our long-term digital infrastructure.
