Help us strengthen fundraising by creating a practical donor acquisition plan and a maintainable email outreach calendar. The volunteer will outline target donor segments, recommend acquisition tactics and messaging approaches, and deliver a simple, actionable schedule for executing fundraising and stewardship emails.

Stronger fundraising and a clear donor acquisition approach will increase resources to expand programs that create pathways to entrepreneurship, workforce modernization, and innovation for under-resourced communities of color. Volunteers will help drive more equitable economic opportunities and community well-being.

We’ll provide details during interviews, share existing fundraising materials and communication channels, and collaborate through regular check-ins to incorporate your recommendations.
