Consolidate course rosters, attendance sheets, prior mailing lists, and Excel files into a usable database or CRM (optionally Monday.com). Volunteer will help map fields, clean and dedupe records, and perform an initial import and basic contact list/workflow setup. Specifics will be provided during volunteer interviews.
A clean, accessible contact database will let the organization stay in touch with participants, strengthen outreach, improve program follow-up, and enable coordinated community engagement—supporting quality of life, resiliency, and collective action.
Details and source files will be provided to volunteers during interviews. We have organizational interest in using the system for outreach and will work with the volunteer to define priorities, test imports, and implement recommended processes.
