We'd like to connect with a skilled volunteer who can help us co-create and deliver a board governance workshop that outlines responsibilities and expectations for the President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Directors. Also, help us produce a written governance guide/handbook that the Board can use as a living reference.
Stronger governance and leadership structures will help the Foundation transition from founder-led beginnings to a sustainable nonprofit, enabling clearer decision-making and capacity to amplify marginalized voices—especially women—and to scale storytelling, advocacy, and community-building toward lasting peace.
Our Board has completed bylaws and is preparing to vote on revisions; we will provide the bylaws, proposed changes, and our leadership team for sessions. Volunteers will collaborate with board leaders to tailor workshop materials and produce a practical handbook ready for adoption and use.

Organization Mission

The Dynamism to Peace International Foundation exists to ignite a global movement of unity, healing, and empowered action. We amplify the voices of those who have been silenced, overlooked, or marginalized — with a special focus on women — recognizing that when women rise, entire societies transform. Rooted in truth, compassion, and the courage to confront injustice, our mission is to educate, advocate, and inspire collective action across cultures, faiths, and borders. We work to illuminate hidden histories, foster meaningful dialogue, and champion equality as the essential foundation for lasting peace. Through storytelling, community-building, and international outreach, the Foundation empowers individuals to reclaim their dignity, uplift one another, and stand together in the creation of a world defined not by conflict, but by understanding, respect, and human connection. Our ultimate purpose is simple yet profound: To unite humanity — voice by voice, heart by heart — and help usher in a future where peace is not an ideal… but a lived reality across the earth.
