Graphic Design: Annual Impact Report

We’re looking for a volunteer to design a professional, digital-format annual impact report (no longer than 12 pages) that communicates our impact to donors and stakeholders. The engagement will occur over four to five weeks in four phases:

Phase 1: Brainstorm key metrics and information to highlight
Phase 2: Preview preliminary design and gather feedback
Phase 3: Incorporate feedback through one or more review sessions
Phase 4: Deliver final report in an editable format and a digital format for easy sharing

Our ideal volunteer has 5+ years of experience designing brochures or reports and can share an extensive portfolio. Estimated time: 15-30 hours over 4-5 weeks.

This project directly advances The 15 White Coats mission to increase access, representation, and success for underrepresented students pursuing healthcare careers. A strong first impact report will establish trust, demonstrate measurable outcomes, and strengthen donor confidence, helping us scale programs responsibly and expand mentorship opportunities.

We’ll provide branding guidelines, copy, data, stories, images, and examples of reports we like for reference.
