We are using ClickUp and Make. Help us make the most out of our CRM and systems! We’re looking for a volunteer to assess our current CRM system and identify ways we can use it to meet our needs more effectively, including potential integrations with other tools we’re using. Once the volunteer implements the recommended changes, we’d like a brief training session and/or documented guidelines to follow so that we can maintain the CRM going forward.

Our organization is a social club for young professionals to make new friends. We host many events and gatherings where we meet a lot of people and collect a lot of data and need help keeping it all organized and automatic for our small team of one.

We have already selected a CRM and are ready to share credentials with a volunteer. We’ll come prepared with details about the specific types of data we want to collect, our goals for using the CRM, and a list of any other tools or software we use.
