We are breaking up with Bloomerang, which has been a massive headache, and moving our CRM fully to GiveButter. We currently use GiveButter for our fundraising events, so we have a lot of data there, but this project would involve exporting the data from Bloomerang, setting up the necessary custom fields in GiveButter, and syncing it to Mailchimp. We have some mailchimp automations with Bloomerang now that we'd like to recreate too.

We're struggling to steward our donors effectively due to a CRM that is outdated and doesn't work like it should. We love what we've done with GiveButter so far, and think this will be a great fit for us. This project will allow us to empower more young people uptown to write and publish their own stories.

We currently have accounts in both Bloomerang and GiveButter, and GiveButter offer templates for migrating data. but setting up the special fields and families will require some time and thought.
