We are looking for a volunteer skilled in executive coaching to work with our Leadership Team members.

Our people are what make our organization so effective. We need your help ensuring that our leaders are as prepared as possible to provide support to their managers and staff provide clarity, empathy, and decision-making skills. We are specifically interested in coaching services on the following areas:
-Team goal setting
-Building and maintaining organizational culture
-Leadership best practices

Capital Roots is a 50-year-old regional non-profit organization that continues to move toward a goal and strategic driven operation. We have been "flying by the seat of our pants" for decades and all realize it is time to hone our operations. Making the transition has been difficult for some and we need more direction than the CEO can provide. A more effective leadership team will create a more effective overall operation and will have a dramatic impact our ability to serve our diverse community and staff.

Our organization is primed and ready to make this important investment. We are hoping that our volunteer can meet with five leadership team members 1 time per week for 60-90 minute coaching sessions.
