Emergency contingency plan

We feel that as women we have a collective responsibility to uplift other women, with special attention to those in crisis. As women, we need to stand fiercely united with each other while not standing in judgment of those who are struggling. Instead, we must reach out and act. Uplift was founded on that sole principle. Reaching out through action. Our values: Our responsibility is to support all women. We do not stand in judgment. We lead with immediate action through outreach and connection. We believe in the potential of girls + women while encouraging their dreams and building confidence in individual capacity. As an all-female led non-profit organization, we identify and leverage the power of the collective strength of women. Our collective talents, networks, voices, and hearts have the power to transform. We believe in the power of agile giving: the ability to move quickly and easily to maximize impact without the constraints of rigid grant cycles.
