We're seeking a volunteer that can help with the creation of a short-term strategic communications plan with trauma-informed written copy and visual assets for the organization's digital channels. The volunteer will help refine key messages, produce adaptable content, and document usage guidance; specifics will be defined during interviews.

Stronger, trauma-informed communications will increase awareness and education for incarcerated individuals and their families, support advocacy efforts, and help create effective advocates who can advance humane conditions within the Texas prison system. Volunteers will directly strengthen outreach and education.

Details will be provided during interviews. We will collaborate with the volunteer to share context, define priority audiences, set timelines and review cycles, and agree on who will implement the materials, ensuring the work can be completed within the 8–12 week timeframe.
