A concise website audit report with prioritized, actionable recommendations to streamline site structure, navigation, content, and visual consistency, plus a practical walkthrough or training session to help staff implement changes. Specific scope and access will be discussed with volunteers.

A clearer, streamlined website will make it easier for low-income, college-bound students and families in Greater Chicagoland to find program information, application guidance, and resources, improving access to the Foundation’s wraparound support and financial assistance.

We have a basic internal review and can share the live site for assessment; details will be provided and refined during volunteer interviews. Staff will collaborate with the volunteer to prioritize recommendations and plan next steps for implementation.
